GET "THE PERFECT TWIST OUT" EVERYTIME

The twist out styles are becoming very popular and if done right, can be a very gorgeous hairstyle. It can be achieved by doing it yourself or asking your stylist for his/her expertise. It can be worn to work, it makes a cool date night look, or you could even work it at a formal affair  Sadly, I've seen some of the worst versions because people miss the right steps.

Here are a few tips on how to get "The Perfect Twist Out":

       1. Of course start off with clean , wet or damp hair ( I perfer damp because it allows me to get a better grip on the hair.)

       2. Thoroughly moisturize throughout the hair. (It is important that hair be well moisturized because your twist out will look dry and lack moisture when complete.)

  

       3. Proportion the twists to the size you feel that well best fit your description of a good curl pattern

(The best twist outs come from flat twists.) Flat twist  are just like cornrows but instead of braiding your sections you two stand twist them. Use foam or satin rollers to secure the ends.

       4. Use a pudding or setting foam as you twist each section (This ensures for a proper set)

       5.Sit under a dryer or leave in until the hair is completely dry. Hair must be completely dry before unraveling the twists (The best twists come from leaving them in for about 2-3 Days.)

       6.When unraveling the twists apply a small amount of moisture to each section you take out to get a light glossy finish
